Special Christmas offers (Advent calendars & gift sets) and limited edition products, which are available in very restricted quantities, cannot be replaced if your parcel is confirmed delivered by the carrier.
If your parcel is returned to the sender due to a problem during delivery (address error, absence), we will not be able to intervene during the delivery of this parcel.
For this reason, it will be put back into stock as soon as it is received and will be reimbursed. You will be able to renew your order directly if the product is still available.
Please also bear in mind that the delivery time for returned parcels is the responsibility of the carrier, and no approximate delivery time can be given in advance.
No refunds will be made until the parcel has been received and processed by our warehouse.
